FIRM OVERVIEW
The firm' s mission is to provide its clients
with ethical, aggressive, result oriented legal representation.
Larry R. Clapp has been actively engaged
in a trial practice since 1973. Mr. Clapp's early practice
emphasized representing citizens accused of crime, those injured
by accident and those engaged in difficult domestic relations
cases - custody, paternity, visitation and termination of
parental rights.
The practice with the addition of R. Todd Incram and Scott J. Olheiser remains
focused on representing individual clients and the firm has
continued to emphasize the representation of persons seriously
injured - whether by accident or professional negligence.
It has also had a strong emphasis on representing clients
with serious domestic relations issues. The firm's staff is
mindful of the firm's mission statement and they provide timely,
competent, compassionate assistance.
The trial and Appellate practice includes Personal Injury,
Wrongful Death, Divorce, Custody and related Domestic issues
and Criminal Defense. The general practice includes the formation
of business organizations, wills, probate and real estate
matters.

State statutes and cases, law libraries, domestic relations
information and support calculator, sample forms and a page
addressing current legal or legislative issues including "Tort
Reform".
